Hi, I'm Ajay, the CEO of Extere Inc. and Managing Broker at Extere Real Estate and Extere Financial.

I've worked in the Real Estate and Finance industry for over 20 years, from being a mortgage loan processor, loan officer, real estate agent, to owning and operating my own real estate and mortgage companies. I've helped my clients with various different areas of real estate, such as helping to buy their first home or financing and developing property, or buying their own business.

Hi, I'm Sonal. I am a solutions architect and change management pilot with over ten years of experience bringing in order and results. Marlene is the first child born to two immigrants who sacrificed much to fulfill their dream of becoming property owners. She was raised in the Bay Area and graduated from UC Davis with a BA in Business Communications. Marlene and her husband attempted, for many years, to purchase a home to give their daughter financial stability. She fell in love with real estate during this time. She aspires to be the real estate partner she needs at that particular point in her life.

Her mission is to put in great effort and offer every alternative to help her clients achieve their goals, no matter what they may be. She wants to work with you to make sure your real estate goals come true, whether that means buying or selling a property.
